We’ve refreshed the look and feel of how users enter the parking flow from lookup links and QR codes.

Why This Matters

Users enter the parking experience from a variety of starting points. Previously, the first step could feel inconsistent depending on how they arrived.

This update creates a more consistent and intuitive starting experience, making it easier for users to understand what to do next.

The experience now presents a cleaner, more guided interface from the moment a user arrives.

How it works

No setup or changes are required.

When users open a lookup link or scan a QR code, they’ll see an updated interface with a clearer, more structured layout. From there, they can continue as they normally would.

All existing links and QR codes continue to work as expected.
