Latest Feature Releases

Check out the latest Offstreet updates built to make your workflows smoother, your reporting cleaner, and your parker experience even better. Explore what’s new below and dive into the full release notes for all the details.

Reference Codes for Tenants and Events

The feature formerly known as billing codes now gives you flexible, labeled Reference Codes across Tenants and Events, turning messy fields into clean, structured data.

  • Store multiple billing-related values (for example, Dept #, Fund #, Account #, Grant #) as separate, clearly labeled fields.
  • Configure reusable Tenant-level structures, with Event-level overrides for one-off or special billing scenarios.
  • Each reference code becomes its own column in reports, eliminating manual parsing of concatenated strings.
  • Reduces the need for duplicate Tenants and fragile workarounds, keeping setups cleaner and easier to manage.
  • Existing tenant identifiers and billing codes are automatically migrated into the new Reference Codes format.

Auto Event Reporting

Automatically send clean, accurate event reports to the right people as soon as an event ends, without manual exports or spreadsheet cleanup.

  • Enable automatic reporting in the Event Settings to have Offstreet generate and send reports as events conclude.
  • Add one or more recipient emails, including your own, so accounting, operations, and partners all get the same report.
  • Use clean-up options to automatically remove “test” license plates before reports are sent.
  • Reports are emailed from noreply@offstreet.com with a secure download link, keeping delivery consistent and traceable.
  • Supports multi-interval and recurring events, sending the report once the final interval has finished.

Availability Windows

Control exactly when Multi-Day Event options and permits appear in the portal so parkers only see what is relevant, right when they need it.

  • Configure each option with an availability window so it only appears between its authorized start and end times.
  • Choose from “Only during authorized parking times” or fully custom date and time ranges for each option.
  • Automatically hide or disable options when registration should close, or when parking is no longer valid.
  • Keep QR-based links focused on the current event, instead of showing every future game or date in a series.
  • Perfect for seasonal passes, early-bird pricing, and registration cutoffs without ongoing manual updates.
