Event Requests

Collect, review, and manage event parking requests across your organization

Still chasing event details through email threads and PDFs? Now, there’s a better way!

Event Requests let you collect structured event parking details from internal or external hosts using a customizable request form that feeds directly into your workflow for review and approval.

Why use Event Request Forms?

Many teams collect event requests through disconnected tools like email threads, Google Forms, PDFs, or manual documents. That often means re-entering the same information into Offstreet by hand, which takes time and increases the chance of missing or incorrect details.

Event Request Forms help standardize intake by giving hosts a guided form to complete and giving parking teams a consistent workflow to review submitted requests. This means:

Less manual work
Collect event request details directly in Offstreet instead of copying information from outside tools.

Better accuracy
Reduce rework caused by missing information, inconsistent formats, or manual entry errors.

Clearer host experience
Give event hosts a guided, mobile-friendly form that makes it easier to submit complete requests.

More control for your team
Review submissions before moving forward and keep approvals inside the same workflow.

  • Improve data quality by capturing request details in a structured format from the beginning.
  • Speed up event setup by moving from request submission to review and draft event creation in one system.

FAQs

Anyone with access to the link. Event Request Forms are designed for internal or external event hosts who need to submit parking-related event details for review.

How many forms can I create?
At this time only one form can be created for a company. We're exploring how we can support multiple forms. If this sounds like something you'd like to see, let your account manager know!

Can forms be customized?
Yes! Teams can customize form fields so they can collect the details that matter most to their event setup process.

How are forms shared?
Forms can be shared as a direct link or embedded into another page, depending on how your team wants to present the request workflow.

Can approved requests create events automatically?
Not at this time. Approved requests are sent to the Request queue for review before an event can be created in Offstreet.
