Multiple License Plates

The Multiple License Plates feature allows parking admins to authorize more than one vehicle under a single permit. This gives parking teams the flexibility to handle real-world scenarios where a parker may drive different vehicles on different days (for example, a parent and grandparent both picking up from a day camp).

How it Works

For Parking Admins

When creating an event, admins can set the maximum number of license plates that a parker can add to their permit. The default is 1, but admins can allow up to 4 plates.

This setting applies to the entire event, not to individual dates or times.

For Parkers

When registering for an event in the portal, parkers will see the option to add multiple license plates if it has been enabled by the parking team.

Parkers do not need to enter all 4 plates—this is optional. They can add just 1, or up to the maximum allowed.

After registration, parkers can return to their permit in the portal to edit, add, or remove license plates, up to the maximum allowed by the parking team.

Permit Details & Reporting

When viewing an event that has concluded, you can now see that each permit may have multiple license plates associated with it.

  • In the Permits tab of your event dashboard, multiple plates will display under the same permit.

  • When you export a CSV report, each license plate will appear as its own line item. Multiple plates will share the same confirmation number, making it easy to track which plates belong to the same permit.

This ensures consistency across enforcement, reporting, and internal recordkeeping.
