Enable real-time permit validation at Ventek pay stations via Roker

Offstreet integrates with Ventek’s enforcement and pay station network through its connection to the Roker platform. This allows Ventek pay stations and handheld enforcement tools to automatically recognize valid Offstreet permits—no manual uploads or validation required.

Integration Overview

This is a push-based integration through the Roker system. Offstreet maps your locations to the correct Location ID in Roker. Once connected, permits issued in Offstreet are automatically available to Ventek pay stations and enforcement devices.

What You’ll Need

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Share Your Location IDs

Please email your Offstreet account manager with the Location ID(s) you’d like to connect.

Subject: Ventek Integration – Location ID Setup

Hi [Offstreet Contact],

We’d like to proceed with the Ventek integration. Here are the Location IDs for our lots:

- Lot A: 1-2983
- Lot B: 2-4120

2. Offstreet Configures the Integration

Once we receive your Location IDs:

• Offstreet connects your locations to Roker through our backend
• If the integration already exists at the company level, we simply link the new locations
• No technical setup is required on your end

3. Confirm Your Destination

Most integrations default to Indigo (formerly WestPark). If your enforcement provider is different, let Offstreet know early—we may need to configure a custom destination, which could require additional development.

What Happens Behind the Scenes

• Offstreet attaches the integration to your account
• Your Location IDs are mapped to their corresponding zones in Roker
• Permits issued through Offstreet are automatically validated by Ventek devices
