OpsCommander

Sync active permits from Offstreet to OpsCommander for real-time handheld enforcement

Offstreet integrates with OpsCommander to automatically push permit data to your enforcement system. Once connected, enforcement officers can validate licence plates in real time without manual input.

Integration Overview

This is a push-based integration. Offstreet sends licence plates and permit data to OpsCommander using your provided API tokenIntegration ID, and mapped Enforcement Zones. These zones must match exactly as they appear in your OpsCommander system.

2. Offstreet Configures the Integration

Once we receive your information, Offstreet will:

  • Set up the integration in our backend
  • Link your Offstreet locations to the matching OpsCommander zones
  • Test permit syncing with no additional action required from your team

3. Test the Connection

Offstreet will create a test registration (e.g., plate TEST123). You or your enforcement contact will confirm the plate appears in OpsCommander. Once confirmed, the integration is live.
