PARCS Integrations Overview
Offstreet now supports integrations with PARCS (Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems)—real-time, self-service systems that manage entry, exit, and payment for both transient and credentialed parkers. These integrations enable seamless, access-controlled parking experiences at gated facilities.
Gated Access with Offstreet
Offstreet allows customers to issue permits with QR codes or license plate recognition (LPR) for gated locations. Parkers can either scan a QR code at the gate or, if LPR is enabled, simply drive up and gain access automatically.
Note: This functionality is currently available for Events only. Full support for all permit types and registration settings—where integrated—is expected by the end of 2025.
How it Works
- 1 Once an integration is established between Offstreet, the client, and the PARCS hardware provider, integrations can be assigned to specific lots.
- 2 Event permits created for those lots will include QR codes for gated access.
- 3 When purchasing a permit, parkers receive a confirmation page and email with their QR code. Email addresses are required to ensure access.
- 4 At the gate, parkers scan their QR code—or if LPR is enabled, their license plate is recognized automatically and the gate opens.
Note: If LPR access is enabled, QR Codes might not be needed.

Initial PARCs integrations begin rolling out in 2025, with broader availability across PARCS in 2026.
Offstreet is actively developing integrations with TIBA and T2. To learn more about the roadmap, contact our team!
A manual import option is also being developed, allowing clients to export permits from their existing systems and upload them into Offstreet for use at gated locations.
