Connect Offstreet permits to Roker’s handheld enforcement system

Offstreet integrates with Roker (formerly Securepark) to enable enforcement teams to validate licence plates registered through Offstreet. This integration requires minimal setup and can be configured quickly with your Roker Location IDs.

Integration Overview

Offstreet connects directly with Roker’s handheld enforcement platform by linking your Offstreet locations to Roker zones using Location IDs. Once connected, Offstreet pushes registration data (licence plates) into the enforcement system and validates it with a test.

There’s no need for ongoing syncing or configuration changes once set up.

What You’ll Need

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Confirm Your Enforcement Destination

Let Offstreet know which enforcement system your Roker account uses:

Precise Park West
Precise Park National
Other (custom destinations)

If you're using a custom destination, Offstreet will handle any additional backend configuration required.

2. Send Your Location IDs

Share the Location ID(s) for each Offstreet lot you want enforced. These typically follow a format like:

1-2983
2-1121

If you're unsure of the Location IDs, contact your Roker account manager.

What Happens Next

Once Offstreet has your destination and Location IDs, we will:

Map your Offstreet locations to the correct Roker zones
Handle all backend setup, authentication, and system syncing
Push a test registration (e.g., plate: TEST123) into the Roker system
Confirm successful enforcement visibility with you or your Roker contact

Once confirmed, your integration is live.

Troubleshooting Tips

Issue	What to Check
Test permit isn’t appearing in Roker	Make sure the Location ID matches exactly with what’s configured in Roker
Unsure which destination to use	Ask your Roker contact, or let Offstreet help you identify it
Don’t have your Location IDs	Contact your Roker account manager or share their contact with Offstreet
