Managing Location Integrations Zones
Integration Zone Names are used to map Locations in Offstreet to the Integrator (OffstreetOpenAPI, Genetec, etc.).
Admin users can now manage Integration Zone names directly from the Location Details page!
NOTE: Integrations must be enabled at a Company level before Zone Names can be configured. Ask you account manager for more info.
How it works
In order for a Location Integration setup to be complete, ensure the following are true:
- The Integration has been enabled at a Company level
- Zone Names have been configured in the Location Details > Integrations section
- Zone Names in Offstreet match the IDs configured on the Integrators side
- The Integrator has confirmed that they see a result when querying the test plate
Creating or editing existing Zone Names will automatically create a test plate
