Map Offstreet permits to HotSpot enforcement using SpotIDs
The Offstreet integration with HotSpot enables your permits to be recognized in HotSpot’s enforcement system by syncing Offstreet zones with SpotIDs—no manual entry or uploads required.
Integration Overview
Offstreet connects to HotSpot by mapping each of your Offstreet locations to a corresponding SpotID in HotSpot. Once SpotIDs are configured, permit data is automatically routed to the correct enforcement zones within HotSpot’s system.
Authentication and backend configuration are handled entirely by Offstreet. No API keys or technical setup are needed from your side.

Step-by-Step Setup
1. Share Your SpotIDs
Send Offstreet a list of SpotIDs (one per location) you'd like to connect.
Not sure where to find your SpotIDs? You can loop in your HotSpot contact, and Offstreet will coordinate directly.
Suggested Email Template:
Subject: HotSpot Integration – SpotID Configuration Request Hi [Offstreet Contact], We’d like to move forward with our HotSpot integration. Here are the SpotIDs for each location we want to connect: - Lot A: 14283 - Lot B: 15320 Let us know if you need anything else. Thanks, [Your Name]
2. Offstreet Sets Up the Integration
Once Offstreet receives your SpotIDs, we will:
- Configure the integration on your Offstreet account
- Map each SpotID to the corresponding Offstreet location
- Add location-level mappings if your company is already set up for HotSpot
No action is required from your team once SpotIDs are submitted.
3. Run a Test
After setup:
- Offstreet will create a test permit (e.g., plate
TEST123
) - You or your HotSpot contact can confirm that the permit appears correctly in HotSpot’s system
Once confirmed, the integration is live.
Notes & Troubleshooting
