T2 IRIS

Sync Offstreet permits directly to T2 IRIS for automated handheld enforcement

Offstreet integrates with T2 IRIS to push permit data directly into your enforcement system. Once configured, licence plates are automatically sent to IRIS.

Integration Overview

This is a push-based integration. Offstreet sends active permit data to T2 IRIS using a secure virtual pay station connection. Plates are matched to Region Names in IRIS, ensuring accurate enforcement zone mapping.

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Request Access from T2

Contact your T2 Systems Account Manager and request a virtual pay station setup.

Include in your request:

  • Account Name
  • Transaction Push Key

Suggested Email Template:

Hi [T2 Rep Name],

We’re working with Offstreet to set up permit syncing with T2 IRIS.

Could you please create a virtual pay station for our account and provide the following?

- Account Name
- Transaction Push Key

Once we have that, Offstreet will complete the integration.

Thanks,
[Your Name]

2. Offstreet Configures the Integration

After receiving the necessary credentials, Offstreet will:

  • Set up the IRIS connection
  • Sync available Region Names from IRIS into the Offstreet dashboard
  • Share next steps for location-level mapping

3. Map IRIS Regions to Offstreet Locations

Once IRIS Regions are available:

  1. Offstreet will map each of your locations to the correct Region Name
  2. This ensures permit data routes to the appropriate zone in IRIS
  3. You’ll confirm everything works using a test plate

4. Test the Integration

Offstreet will create a test permit (e.g., plate: TEST123)

You or your T2 contact will confirm the permit appears correctly in IRIS.

Once confirmed, your integration is live.

Optional: Enable Rate Data

If you require rate information for billing, audit, or reconciliation purposes, Offstreet can enable Send Rate Data, which includes:

  • Rate Name
  • Parking Amount
  • Amount Paid

Let your Offstreet account manager know if you'd like this feature activated.

Plate not appearingConfirm the Transaction Push Key is valid and Region Name is correct
