March 2025 Release Notes
This month, we released several updates across the platform — from smarter email reminders and enhanced reporting, to better portal behaviour and stronger access controls. Here's what's new.
New Features
Pre-Built Reports
We've launched a new reporting hub that makes it faster and easier to generate, schedule, and share data.
- Pre-Built Reports: Ready-to-use templates for common reporting needs
- Saved Reports: Reuse filters and settings without starting over
- Scheduled Delivery: Automatically email reports on a recurring basis
- Advanced Filters: Slice data by location, event, type, and more
Simplified Payment Policies
Admins can now create and manage payment policies directly at the company level. These are no longer tied to registration settings.
Email Enhancements (Portal 2)
- New “expiring soon” reminders are sent 15 minutes before a permit ends (if opted in)
- All Portal 2 emails now match Portal 3’s styling for consistency
Improvements & Fixes
Security & Permissions
Fixed an issue where users with limited location access could view sessions for other locations. Now, access is restricted according to user permissions.
Permit Drawer Updates
- Added audit history and integration status to the Events permit drawer
- Created date/time now included in Event Reports
Permit Creation Limits
When a registration setting reaches its maximum number of permits, the "Create Permit" button is disabled and a clear message is shown to users.
Portal Improvements
- Inactive tenants and registration settings are no longer shown before their start date
- If only one tenant is active, it now defaults automatically
- Updated language: “Event has expired” → “This parking option is no longer available”
- Location name and “View on Map” removed from expired event pages
Portal Navigation Fix
Back button has been removed from direct tenant links to prevent navigation into non-discoverable locations.
