Bulk Locations, Event Duplication, and the Next Generation of Offstreet Permits

From smarter permit workflows to seamless bulk creation and faster event setup, here’s everything that’s new:

Permits 2: A Smarter, More Flexible System

We've restructured Offstreet Permits to be more intuitive, scalable, and ready for future enhancements.

  • Bulk import up to 40,000 permits at once for a smoother permit management experience.
  • Every location now has a pre-configured default permit setting to simplify onboarding and ensure consistency.
  • Location Permits now display permits attached to Permit Settings, making it easier to track and manage active permits.

Bulk Location Creation

Now, you can create multiple locations in bulk with a workflow that mirrors Bulk Permit Creation.

  • Upload a spreadsheet or enter multiple locations manually.
  • Pre-set timezones and contact details to save time.
  • Track and correct errors with an upload history log.

This update reduces manual effort and speeds up onboarding, making it easier for large organizations to get started in Offstreet.

One-Click Event Duplication

Managing recurring events just got easier.

  • Duplicate directly from the Event List or Event Details page.
  • Modify event name, location, and date/time before saving.
  • All relevant settings are copied, but audit history and registrations stay unique.

No more re-entering the same details—just duplicate, adjust, and go.

A Smarter File Management Experience

We’ve improved how you manage files in Offstreet:

  • Instead of pinned files cluttering the page, users now see "Upload" or "Add Previous Files" options.
  • Search, filter, and manage files before adding them to events or tenants.
