Pre-Requisites
- You have an Offstreet account.
- You have permission to read Permits on the Company, Location, or Tenant level.
Report Filters

Report Columns
Location Details
| Column Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Location Name | The name of the Location related to the session. |
| Location Number | The unique number for the location. |
Tenant Details
| Column Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Tenant Name | The name of the Tenant related to the session. |
| Tenant Identifier | The unique identifier given to the tenant. |
Permit Details
| Column Name | Description |
|---|---|
| License Plate Number | License plate associated with the parking session. |
| State | License Plate State. |
| Start Date/Time | The start date/time of the session. |
| End Date/Time | The end date/time of the session. |
| Active Days | Days of the week that the permit is active. |
| Additional Information | Information stored on the permit level, if any. |
| Void | Indicates whether the permit has been voided. |
Administrative Details
| Column Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Created By | User email, if created in the dashboard. |
| Created Date | Timestamp of when the session was created. |
| Updated Date | Timestamp of when the session was updated. |
| Contact Details | Contact assigned to either the Location, or Tenant. |
