Report Filters Overview
Offstreet reports support a variety of filters that help you segment, analyze, and act on the exact data you need. Below is an overview of each filter and how it can be used.
Date Range
The Date Range filter lets narrow down your report to a specific period. This is especially helpful when manually downloading reports for review or export.
- Use predefined ranges like Today, Yesterday, Month to Date, or Last Month, or
- Click the calendar icon to select a custom start and end date.

Status
The Status filter lets you control which sessions are included based on whether they were active, created, started, or ended during the selected date range.
- Use predefined ranges like Today, Yesterday, Month to Date, or Last Month
This helps you focus on specific parts of the session lifecycle.

Session Validity
The Session Validity filter lets you include or exclude sessions based on their validity status. You can choose to show:
- Valid sessions (active and completed as expected)
- Voided or Deleted sessions (removed or cancelled)
This filter ensures your reports reflect the correct data depending on whether you want operational sessions only or a full audit trail.

Location
The Location filter lets you include data from one or more specific parking locations in your report. Only activity from selected locations will be shown—everything else is filtered out.
- Use the search field to quickly find a location by name, or
- Scroll and select from the full list of available locations.
This is useful when you want to generate a location-specific report or compare activity across different locations. You can include one or many, depending on the level of detail you need.

Tenant
The Tenant filter lets you include data from one or more specific tenants. Only activity from selected locations will be shown—everything else is filtered out. This filter is available on the following report types:
- Registrations
- Permits

Use this filter when you need to analyze tenant-specific activity or generate reports for a particular group within your organization.

You can filter by:
- Prepaid - Sessions paid by the parker at the time of registration
