Duplicate Charges:


In case of accidental duplicate registrations, you can request a refund by completing the Refund Request Form

Provide all necessary details to expedite the refund process.


For Daily, Hourly, or On-Demand Parking:


In the event of a cancellation, please be aware that rules may vary based on the specific policies set by each parking manager. 


Offstreet is here to support you by facilitating communication with the parking manager. Kindly fill out the Refund Request Form, and we will connect you with the relevant team to address your concerns. 


Refund Policy:


Refunds for cancellations approved by the relevant teams will typically be processed by Offstreet within 48 hours. Although funds are usually returned within a day, please be aware that it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to settle.

 

Please note that each parking team may have specific procedures and timelines for refund processing. Rest assured, we will keep you informed regarding the status and progress of your refund request throughout the entire process.
