Send real-time permit data from Offstreet to Passport OpsMan for enforcement

Offstreet integrates with Passport’s OpsMan platform to enable real-time enforcement by syncing licence plates from Offstreet directly to Passport's enforcement tools. No manual uploads needed—permits are sent automatically and continuously.

Integration Overview

This is a real-time push integration. Once configured, Offstreet sends licence plate registrations to Passport OpsMan. Plates are matched to Zones, allowing enforcement officers to confirm valid sessions instantly.

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Request Your Operator ID

To begin, request your Operator ID from your Passport account manager.

Email Template:

Hi [Passport Rep Name],

We’re working with Offstreet to set up enforcement integration through Passport OpsMan.

Could you please share our Operator ID with them so they can begin the API setup?

Thanks,
[Your Name]

Once received, send your Operator ID to your Offstreet account manager or support contact.

2. Offstreet Sets Up the Integration

After receiving your Operator ID, Offstreet will:

  • Configure your account for Passport enforcement
  • Auto-sync your Zone IDs from Passport into the Offstreet dashboard
  • Open a tracking ticket (no action needed from you)
  • Notify you when the integration is ready for testing

3. Zones Appear in the Dashboard

Once synced:

  1. The Passport integration is linked to your Offstreet company
  2. Your Zones will be available in a dropdown under each Offstreet location
  3. Offstreet will map each location to its corresponding Passport Zone

Zone names must match exactly—these are case-sensitive and must match Passport formatting.

4. Confirm with a Test Plate

Offstreet will register a test plate (e.g., TEST123). You or your enforcement team will confirm it appears in Passport OpsMan.

Once verified, the integration is live.

Integration Naming Conventions

These internal names help ensure proper mapping. They are not user-visible.
